Our seven flexible blister packaging lines provide primary and secondary blister packaging services. Our capabilities range from smaller-scale applications to high-speed, fully integrated production lines.
Ropack maintains over 6,000 tooling parts already machined and available in inventory. When tooling is not available, our in-house machining centre manufactures the required tooling. This helps significantly reduce timelines and costs while enabling our partners to accelerate their time to market.

- Thermoformed blisters using PVC, PVC/PVDC, PVC/PE/PVDC, Aclar® Rx, Aclar® VA7300, AmSky™, and other sustainable materials in development
- Cold-formed blisters using alu/alu and Aclar®
- High-barrier films providing increased resistance to relative humidity (RH) and oxygen (O₂)
- Backside barcoding for regulatory compliance
- Backside printing, custom printing, and unit-dose print registration

- Capability to print 2D codes on each blister with a verification system
