Applicable Laws

You agree that all matters resulting from or linked with your access to or use of Ropack’s Sites, including all claims and proceedings, will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein without regard to the conflicts of law principals. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Montréal, Province of Quebec, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction.
